How To Get Over Her
Going through a break up is a very painful phase of life. You would not wish this to happen even to your worst enemy. This phase leaves you emotionally drained and affects all other aspects of your life. If you are still hung up on your girlfriend even after the break up, its time you do some thing about it. You need to fix it up before you completely lose control of your life. Part of being a man is learning to control what you can control in life and let the rest go. Don’t waste your time and effort trying to cling to someone who doesn’t want you. In order to get over your ex girlfriend you have to follow some simple tips:
CUT OFF ALL COMMUNICATION WITH HER AND HER FRIENDS: You can not move on in your life if you do not sever all ties with your ex girlfriend. Any communication with her is bound to bring painful reminders of the time you spent together. So delete her contacts, remove all things that remind you of her. And if that is not enough stop talking to her friends too. There is no point in talking about her with her friends when she has already moved on. If you have a lot of gifts from her then get rid of those as well. Looking at them is only going to remind you that she is not with you anymore.
DON’T SIT IDLE: get yourself busy to keep your mind off her. Do some work that to occupy your time. That would not leave you time to think about your ex girlfriend and the time you have spent with her. Gradually the pain will heal and the memories which torture you now will become sweet remembrance of a person who was once a part of your life. When you have free time spend it with those who love you and understand your pain. Set some goals for your life. a relationship can lead you away from your aim in life. Use your freedom to achieve what you want from your life.
SPEND TIME WITH FRIENDS: Talk about your feelings to friends or anyone whom you can trust. Spend time with your friends, go for movies. Don’t stifle your feelings, let it out so that you can forget the bitterness and move ahead. Use your free time to do things which you always wanted to do. When you were in a relationship you often tend neglect your friends. Now is the time to learn from your mistakes.
THINK POSITIVE: Stop thinking about negative things. It will only make you depressed. Don’t let yourself lose confidence or feel rejected because one broken relationship. Stop blaming yourself and your ex for what happened. Just think that it was not meant to be. You should start thinking about the positive things that are there in your life. If you can’t realize how important person you are, you will never be able to get over your ex-girlfriend. There are better things to do in life than pondering over a past relationship.
